What is Northern Connections?

Northern Connections is a free, voluntary program which helps low-wage individuals. When you call, representatives at Northern Connections can help you find resources.

Maybe you have just one or two questions.  Or, you might be overwhelmed and don’t know where to start.   It can be helpful to have someone work with you to sort through issues and develop a plan to move forward.

Recent questions from our clients include:

  • How should I answer interview questions about my last job?
  • Where is the nearest food shelf?
  • How do I get a credit report?
  • When is the next job fair in my community?
  • Who can I talk to about a problem with my supervisor?
  • How do I create a resume?

We can help you with questions like these, and many more.

All of our services are free, confidential, and provided over the phone – no driving to do or daycare arrangements to make.  We are here to help you and just a phone call away.  Call us at 877-346-4624.   We are available 8:30 AM – 8:00 PM Monday through Friday and 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Saturdays.
